Warranty claim*
- Replace with Standard BB casters
- Purchase German made casters at half price.
If the hard casters are shedding within 10 years, HM will replace with standard BB casters as there's too much incompatibility with your flooring or other environmental issues.
If you wish to still use hard casters, you can consider purchasing our new casters from Germany that are of better quality at half price.

If you are replacing the casters, the old ones have to be returned.
A 2 way delivery will cost $12. The couriers will call before arrival, please ready the return casters in a bag and pass to him during delivery.
